Patrick Sheehan, the principal of the firm and a full member of the SCSI and RICS. Graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1992. Having worked for Sherry Fitzgerald and a number of other auctioneering firms, he set up Independent Valuations in 2002. We are now celebrating over 20 years in business.

  • Avril Scanlan

    Joined Independent Valuations in 2003 as General Manager. Associate member of the SCSI and RICS. 

  • Myles Fleeton

    Joined Independent Valuations in 2004. A qualified Civil Engineer and also an Associate of SCSI and RICS.

  • Aine Scanlan

    Joined Independent Valuations in 2006. Qualified in Bachelor of Business Studies.
